In my good habits, I have this amazing habit that has changed my life which is writing a journal regularly.
I)Change your thinking
If you are writing a journal then it shall change the perspective of thinking of your life. You shall be able to explain your thoughts to other people more accurately. For example, what happened to you in your past life like in your 8th or 9th grade if you were facing some problem, that should not be easy now for you to explain to the world. But if you add journal writing in your life then your explaining of past life would be better as compared to without journal writing.
II)Remove unexperienced thoughts
Journal writing helps you to remove your unexperienced thoughts. I have seen many people suffering from the problem of unexperienced thoughts like thoughts of anger, fear, hate, etc., and other rubbish thoughts like this which affect their lives on their personal and professional levels. In their personal life, they may have problems with their loved on people like life partners or friends. In their professional life, they may have problems with their colleagues or other office people and may not perform well in that case. If they start writing journals then they can improve themselves. They can know their responsibility and they shall perform well in their personal and professional life if they remove all rubbish thoughts from their mind with the help of journal writing.
II) Secure Your Dreams
Journal writing shall help you to save your dreams inside you. Everybody has energy in oneself that can be used to fulfill one's dreams. The amount of energy depends upon our deep link with our dreams. If we are writing journals in our dreams, then we shall have more energy and that energy shall be increasing all the time and it shall make us more powerful to achieve our dreams.

If you are writing a journal, then this shall increase your ability to learn. Writing shall help you to increase your focus on the good and bad points of your behavior which shall increase your learning about yourself.

We can change our habits if we know them they are good or bad. Life is so rushed that we are not able to stop on focus on ourselves and what is happening to us. Journal writing provides us the opportunity to stop and look at our present, past, and future and we shall be better ready to face our future and learn from our past and present. We shall determine to change our habits in our journal and we shall remember this again and again in our journal this shall have a deep link in our life and this shall affect our subconscious life which shall make us able to change our bad habits to good one and remove the bad habits.

This habit shall make you ready to face your future happily because you are always planning your future in your present with the help of journal.
VI) You Came To Know About Worth Of Time
Journal writing gives you a sense of how you plan your future activities. When you plan your future activities in the journal then you come to know about each second of your life. You manage your time and activities in journal writing, so you know what is the worth of the time of your life and you stop wasting time.
